Welcome to my site...I'm now retired after working in the corporate world for thirty nine years.  Now that I have the time, I'm pursuing my passion, which is encouraging and empowering all women to believe that they are BEAUTIFUL.  Beauty comes from inside as well as from outside.  All women can be beautiful and I have tips on how you can be "all that".  Here, you will find tips about beauty, both for young women and for mature women.  You can find pointers for outer beauty and inspiration for inner beauty.  In addition,  I'll be updating frequently with tips on the latest women's fashions, tips on women's health, tips on cooking healthy, and even tips for camouflaging your body imperfections.
